The Orchard
The Orchard is named after Flint Rock’s 2,000 pecan and various fruit trees which will be nut and fruit bearing within their first year of planting. The Orchard is also near the Residents’ Farmhouse complete with a kitchen, spacious indoor gathering areas and an outdoor fire pit, perfect for cool weather evenings.
The expansive green space within The Orchard is large enough to fit two of UF’s football fields, while the retention area to the southwest of The Orchard is nearly 17 acres in size.
Lot sizes range from 1 acre to 1.69 acres.
