The Parke
Aptly named The Parke, this subdivision will enjoy magnificent private views of the conservation area, which will be managed by Alachua Conservation Trust by year three.
A total of 65,000 Longleaf Pine potted seedlings have been planted in the majority of the conservation land. These potted seedlings were planted “plantation style”, specifically placed farther apart to allow for natural walking trails and open areas within the landscape.
Lot sizes range from .99 acre to 1.37 acres.
